| 5 point Auricular Acupuncture has been specifically designed for relaxation and detoxification. All the 5 points serve to balance the body’s energy and assist in the body’s healing process. It also helps reduce stress levels and promotes healthy sleep patterns.
Practitioners are trained and assessed regularly, and information is given to clients about the procedure and effects they can expect from the procedure. The sessions will take place either on a one to one basis or within a group setting.
Acupuncture has a cumulative effect, the more you have the more you will benefit from the procedure.
